No. Results use short sentences and plain language. Technical detail is optional.
Does it work on iPhone?+
For now, the diagnostic app is only available for Android.
How much does it cost?+
The app is free, with no subscription or in-app purchases. It displays Google AdMob ads.

Will AI diagnostics solve my problem?+
It is a helpful guide: it analyzes technical data and recommends actions based on known patterns. It is not professional advice or a guarantee. If the issue persists, contact your provider.
Why does the app ask for location permission?+
Android requires it to show the Wi-Fi name and channel. The app does not track your GPS location.
Are measurements always exact?+
No. Speed changes with time and network conditions, so the app indicates its confidence level.
Privacy
Does SignallQ collect my personal data?+
We do not collect your name, email, address, or GPS location. History stays on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Can I delete my data?+
Yes. Clear history in Settings, withdraw consent in Settings → Privacy, or uninstall the app.
