Map Wi-Fi dead zones throughout your home.
SignallQ Home Wi-Fi records signal quality in each room, helping you find weak areas and confirm whether moving the router made a real difference.
Available in the Android app under Tools > Home Wi-Fi. The official high-resolution capture is in production and will be added after review.
What this feature helps you find out.
Room-by-room diagnosis
See exactly where signal strength drops and connection failures appear.
Before-and-after comparison
Check whether moving a router or antenna improved coverage in a bedroom or office.
No costly equipment
Survey home coverage with your Android phone, without specialist hardware.
How to use it in the SignallQ app.
Open Home Wi-Fi
From SignallQ Tools, choose Home Wi-Fi to begin mapping.
Measure each room
Visit each room and record signal strength and negotiated link speed.
Compare readings
Compare rooms and decide where a repeater or mesh point would help.
How to interpret home mapping
The map reflects radio reception at your phone antenna in the rooms you visit.
Solid masonry walls, mirrors, tile, and metal structures can substantially reduce 5 GHz range.
Phone models have different antenna gains, so comparisons work best with the same device.
Questions about this feature
How does room-by-room mapping work?
In Home Wi-Fi, you walk through your home and record signal strength in dBm in each room. The app compares the power lost through walls and doors.
Can the app help find the best router location?
Yes. Measure coverage before and after moving the router or adding a repeater to check whether weak areas improved.
Why is there no screenshot on this page?
We only display real Android app captures, not invented graphics. The official capture is being prepared for a future gallery update.
