By using the SignallQ app, you agree to these Terms of Use. Do not use the app if you do not agree.
2. Service description
SignallQ is an Android app that measures speed, Wi-Fi signal, mobile signal, and latency, and offers a likely-cause diagnosis for connection issues.
3. Permitted use
You may use the app to measure and understand your own connection. You may not use it to attack, overload, or interfere with measurement infrastructure, or for unlawful purposes.
4. Free access
The app download and its core features are free. The app may show ads when configured, as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Availability
The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or absolute accuracy because measurements depend on third-party infrastructure, including Cloudflare and Google.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy governs how we process your data.
7. Intellectual property
SignallQ, including its code, design, brand, and content, is the exclusive property of SignallQ. All rights reserved.
8. Limitation of liability
SignallQ is not responsible for damages arising from use of the app, decisions based on its results, or temporary unavailability.
9. Changes to these terms
SignallQ may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law, including the LGPD (Law 13,709/2018) and the Marco Civil da Internet (Law 12,965/2014).
